It has been 108 days without a smoke now and the one tip I would like to share is that if you are faced with a stressful situation where your first thought is "I need a smoke" just stop and take a really deep breath (like the one you would take on your first puff of a cigarette when you are stressed) and it really does help. If you do this a couple of times the urge will go away. Once it has passed congratulate yourself for not giving in and know that the next time it will be easier. Hope this helps :)
