No more slips

Happy Monday everyone

No more slips for me I made it I'm a nonsmoker. I never altered my dates after the slips and set backs I had because they are part of my journey in becoming a non smoker. I am in no way shape or form recommending slips because in the past they only led me back to being a smoker however for me this time they played a role in me becoming the non smoker I am today. If anyone out there has had a slip DO NOT GIVE UP on becoming a non smoker. You wouldn't stop a baby from trying to walk just because they fall over when beginning to walk so do the same for yourself if you have a slip along the way in becoming a non smoker. No more slips for me because I am a non smoker. NOPE not one puff ever. Have a super day everyone and thank you all I wouldn't be where I am without your help and support xo

Well said Jess, you must always look forward...never look back. Every mistake in life is a lesson to be learnt....our choice completely if we ignore or learn. You are kicking this horrible habit out of your life and have a great mindset...you are a winner

An awesome attitude. You know you are a non-smoker when you know that you are so thankful to have taken the journey and have stopped being afraid of but instead embrace all the changes that come with it. When you no longer think that you are sacrificing something and are therefore begrudgingly accepting the changes. All changes are easier to make when we WANT to. It takes longer when we resist.
There are so many great benefits that are there if we choose. Understanding ourselves and nicotine and having the right mindset make quitting smoking much easier.

Wonderful post Jess, keep on encouraging others by your great example.

Thanks for your post Jess, I agree wholeheartedly with what you have said, I too have been where you are now, and it just takes that little change of attitude to enable a stronger commitment than before. Well done.
