I was out tonight and on the way home was so determined that When I got there was “just going to have one”. Then I got on here and just read stories. You are all so amazing the way you encourage everyone. It has helped me. Thank you all.

I am glad you turned to us , your new friends, rather than succumbing to your so called "friend" of the past. A leech who drained your pockets and convinced you that you needed him for confidence, and stress relief. Of course, now we know he only caused financial problems, missed opportunities and problematic health. The cause of many of our stresses!

NOPE .....One is one too many in many, many cases. Like Lays potato chips, you can't have "Just One".

You are a non-smoker.....quit while your ahead. And you are way ahead. Now embrace the quit as one of the best things to happen to you in your life.....because it is! Be Proud. Be Happy. Be Free!

It is so good to hear that we are helping someone, they are just thoughts, and will go away as soon as they come, NOPE (not one puff ever).
