South Eastern Sydney

Start day.

Posted in Getting started 27 Sep 2020

Tomorrow is my planned quit day. Today I have spring cleaned my bedroom. Clean sheets and clean pillows. Tonight after showering and washing my hair I look forward to jumping into a smoke free bed. Hopefully this time I CAN QUIT FOR GOOD.

Don't HOPE you can do it.. Make up your mind, and just do it. It is your brain, and your body, all you have to do is take control :)

Finding it hard tonight but reading posts and your responses are helping. I’m struggling. But as Red-67 said “do it”. This sit really helps.

hi to you in Sydney. Red-67 says what he means and has really helped me through a similar stage to what your going through. It really is a stage that is difficult and the majority of EX-SMOKERS endure.
    Stay strong.
