Thanks to everyone who was in my corner. I see now I didn't deserve it. My apologies are hollow without change. I am going to dedicate myself to fixing myself. My eyes have been opened and this isn't who I want to be anymore. Maybe one day you will see I have turned things around. Hopefully. Wish you all the best in life.

Hello soul&heart never give up trying to quit and and be kind to yourself even if you are still smoking. I am 50 years old and am on day 32 with a slip on day 19. I gave up once before for about 4 months. I have had this addiction since I was about 12 years old. I would love it so much if this time I stay a non smoker forever. Just never give up trying to quit. Think of three things each day you are grateful for and if you get down on yourself for smoking talk to yourself like you would talk to your best friend going through the same situation. All the best

To help you to this end look at the video "How to grow to be a Happy Non Smoker" by NASIA DAVOS, you can find it on utube this will take you through the whole of emotional gambit, in an effort to understand your relationship to smoking. It will help you in other ways if you need to work on one or two issues.
