I am on day 27 with a slip on day 19. I love popping into this each morning it is one of the things that helps me to stay quit. I love reading your stories they help keep me on track. Putting posts up myself also helps me to stay quit. I started smoking around the age of 11 and am now 50 years old. I was a tobacco smoker so in numbers that use to be about 50-75grams tobacco a week for me which is any where from 1-1and a half large pouches a week. I am so enjoying breakfast I never ate breakfast when I was a smoker breakfast use to be coffee and cigarettes. I gave up coffee with the cigarettes and fortunately I ceased drinking alcohol 2 and a bit years ago. I use to go to sleep at night looking forward to my coffee and cigarettes in the morning, last night was the first night my head said it was looking forward to breaky in the morning. Yes I think that is probably odd to go off to sleep looking forward to either of those things first thing in the morning but I like to have something to look forward to waking up to.
