If you used to smoke a cigarette straight after eating your food,wash the pots and tidy up straight after eating to take your mind off wanting to smoke

    Yes, changing our routines as to not leave that "void" helps. I started getting up and making the bed right away while the kettle boiled to fill that first "void". Gets easier as the day goes on, and then you feel good about your accomplishment. Keep busy and above all don't DEBATE with the devil.
