Good morning everyone hope we are all doing well.👋♥️

I just realised something funny that well something happens to you personaly and all of a sudden smoking is not important anymore. Health reasons Orr whatever it may be in my case a little health problem. And all.of a sudden BAM smoking is no longer there Orr important.

Hmmmm priorities I think has come into play alot

A good wake up call is what I got.

My partner is also a ex smoker and he is great support to me.💪💪

Really what does smoking do for us

Absolutely NOTHING but destroy our healthy body's.

Keep positive everyone you are all great support here and I'm so thankful I found this website people who are in the same boat and are trying to give these ciggeraties up.

P.s recovery is going really well I am healing great.🚭🚭❤♥️ NOT ONE PUFF EVER

It is unfortunate that we wait until tradgedy strikes before valuing our health. While I quit smoking easily after 40 years once believing i could, I could not get into the exercise. Retiring, thinking it was my privelidge to do nothing. One year of that despite quitting smoking, a stroke gave me the incentive I needed. While I am now 95% recovered, I take a 20 minute morning walk and longer ones twice a week. I intend to take 2 walks a day now that I feel more up to it. I also eat nutritiously while losing weight and sleep so much better and get up wanting to clean! Life is so good despite covid. While am am glad that you are recovering after surgery, I urge others not to be like us. Smoking will take it's toll. Being a non -smokier gives us a shot at a second chance.

Hi happiness. Yes it is sad that we have to have something happen to us before we can see what ciggeraties are all about.
Nasty horrible Things they are. And yes I am glad that I am now a none smoker as I keep telling myself. Once I'm just more stronger I will be out walking and already eating more healthy and eating more . We should be proud of ourselves we really should be thankful that we are on the road to success.
Positive thinking will go a long way when you really need it to

I'm just really surprised at myself that I am doing this without the help of NRT
