Mine 22nd day.. :)
How was week 3? The main difference I see that when I'm tired, I don't have taste to have one but to go sleep. Therefore my evenings are now without strong cravings as it was during first two weeks. During day I have less cravings also, but there are still with me and they are very tricky, I feel emptyness and it asking me to fullfil it with something, as I used to do.. I simply cannot.. Why? Because is no way back since I know that it won't be tasty, it won't help me, I would be disapoinment and I would need to learn smoke again to have some pleasure from them and I'm too old/tired/experienced to do it.. :) it's enough.. it's end.. Morning are the best, plus 8 hours, proud of myself, enjoying breakfast..
I'm happy, where I am, and where my way goes.. Somebody said, that first 3 weeks are the worst, I just believe, that afer 21 days is new habit made.. Keep strong all of you..
