No way back

Hi guys.

Mine 22nd day.. :)

How was week 3? The main difference I see that when I'm tired, I don't have taste to have one but to go sleep. Therefore my evenings are now without strong cravings as it was during first two weeks. During day I have less cravings also, but there are still with me and they are very tricky, I feel emptyness and it asking me to fullfil it with something, as I used to do.. I simply cannot.. Why? Because is no way back since I know that it won't be tasty, it won't help me, I would be disapoinment and I would need to learn smoke again to have some pleasure from them and I'm too old/tired/experienced to do it.. :) it's enough.. it's end.. Morning are the best, plus 8 hours, proud of myself, enjoying breakfast..

I'm happy, where I am, and where my way goes.. Somebody said, that first 3 weeks are the worst, I just believe, that afer 21 days is new habit made.. Keep strong all of you..

    What a great post for keeping us in the loop. After reading your post you still might need to figure out your relationship with nicotine, it seems as though this is deep rooted in your psychological make up. I thought this was my friend at one stage, and it took me some time to find out that Nicotine indeed is not my friend. I found a greater belief when I looked at "How to grow to be a happy smoker" by Nasios Davos, things fell into place more.

    Enjoy those breakfasts, you deserve them. and I am so proud of you too matic

    Good for you. You have made up your mind and no turning back. You already experience some benficial changes and have also gained confidence and pride in doing something so many can only dream of doing. Anyone can quit smoking of course, but so many are still under its illusion and brainwashing. Once learning the truth you have the key to set yourself free. Well done.

    Thx for very helpfully comments.. I still need to work out to hate them, it's in my mind deeply recorded as part of me.. But I love my new life, so I believe it will be better during some time.. And yes, I feel lots of benefits, the main is whitter teeth and no smell..
