Hi i am now on my 9th week of stopping smoking, in the beginning i had no signs of being tired, now i am yawning a lot. I still have the panic and anxiety attacks but they are subsiding. I am taking vitamin D and organic oregano oil every morning. A bowl of fresh fruit
Still drinking lots of honey, ginger and lemon drinks.
I am feeling better but i think i will reduce taking the organic oregano oil to every other day. As i am still going through the withdrawal symptoms my mind plays tricks on me such if i am feeling breathless or getting sweats i panic so i have decided that i will introduce my body to herbal treatments in a slow and gentle way.
