It’s been 17 days since my last cigarette and I must say I am proud. 2 week mark was very important to me because everyone kept saying that it gets easier after 2 weeks. It really does. Last 3 days, I only had one craving and was very easy to tackle. (Lasted for about 1 min) I am trying to focus on the fact that my durability and stamina is getting soo much better during exercise. Breathing also got much easier. Food and coffee(in particular) tastes sooo much better. The only problem is with intestinal motility. It really slowed down. Hopefully that will get better as well.
