My family important

Posted in Reasons to quit 09 May 2020

In this time where we are in lockdown and being high risk with multiple health issues - and my family does not live here- that cannot even come and be with me at the end. My nephew is studying here and I can’t put him through this trauma so I just stopped smoking. It’s one month yesterday and I look forward to the next milestone.

You can adopt us all here if you like, what a glorious decision, work on your health problems and give yourself rewards for doing just that, even if it is just a pat on the back. I am sure your nephew would be happy to give you support if you let him. Congratulations on one month, roll on the next one.

Congratulations on your wonderful one month milestone. You must be so proud of yourself. I hope you have shared your great accomplishment with your family despite the distance. I am sure they are also happier knowing that you doing what you can do to keep safe at this time when they cannot help to protect you. Enjoy telephone calls and skype interactions if you can. We are never to old to quit smoking, nor to learn new things. You can do it!
