Hi, I have a feeling that a lot of people out there who have just started their quit journey, are feeling like they will struggle forever. Believe me, you won’t. These struggles are temporary and you need to understand that and embrace your quit. Before you know it, smoking will just be something you used to do once upon a time. You will not think about it hourly or daily or weekly. It fades away and I am now at nearly two years and I never even think about smoking anymore. I stopped thinking about it the day I decided to quit. Be happy with your decision, be happy with all the good things stopping has enabled you to do. Now when I see others smoking, I pity them, I wish they could see how great life is without that ball and chain around them.
Make this your last quit and be free of the slavery
