Zen Calm

Posted in Staying quit 01 May 2020

Hi all. Have been doing well so far. Today Rupert (Nicotine Dragon) decided to really test me and TRY to get me to cave in. I was quite amazed at his arrogance. For a few minutes there I was thinking mmm maybe I could go and buy a packet and have one cigarette, just to see if I would enjoy it. I didn’t WANT a cigarette it was a mind thing. I told Rupert to leave as he was NOT welcome, drank some water, took some deep breaths and the feeling and Rupert went. Thank God! I can go an buy cigarettes the good thing is I don’t want to. One puff and I’d be back down the gross smelly pit of destruction. That’s my story for today.
