Hi everyone, 21 days today and feeling happy and dare i say learning to relax. I haven't shared for a few days now due to some stressors, due to me thinking about the evil tobacco, so I gave myself a few days grace from this forum and it has worked for me. I haven't been obsessing about smoking, just getting on with my life. As far as stressors are concerned I'm going to have them, smoking or not, thats life but i am teaching myself that if i can't change them why worry about them? Come on Day 22! cheers all!

    You are so right - don't sweat the small stuff, and it's all small stuff. In fact, a quote from that very book:

    Mandella, I stress about things, but I am sure as h*ll not stressing for a fix of toxic smoke.

    I've been stressing about getting my license back, but it will happen when it happens. We have to chill and count our blessings. Things could always be worse.
