Hey everyone, I haven't been on in a while and thought I should check in. I am a few days away from the 90 day mark and I am holding strong. I honestly don't think about smoking unless I am having a drink and even then, it isn't a craving for one, its just a thought like, "I used to smoke when I drank." I continue to chew pur gum and haven't used NRT since my first two weeks of quitting. I feel amazing now that the nicotine is out of my system. My asthma symptoms are noticeably improved and my exercise tolerance has greatly improved! I continue to drink green tea and exercise. Keeping busy is key. I wish I would have quit sooner! Hope you all are doing amazing!!

Looks like you had a plan and it has worked for you. Your lifestyle has been a consideration and you have acted upon it. Your breathing will definately be a lot clearer and your health will improve so much faster when you don't smoke. Plenty of rest too is important. Congratulations on 90 days Rosie

it makes me so happy to hear that you and others are doing so well. Great stories give hope and inspiration to others. You can quit smoking if the desire and belief is there. We are so rewarded when we achieve this goal.

Was there any verdict on the benefits of ginger? I am glad you are now a happy non-smoker. 👍👍👍
