142 staying quit

Hi back am happy now because im already got 142 days staying quit..every morning i woke-up and before i sleep i drink apple cider vinegar with water.that is my secret staying quit. hehehe.

If you want to quit you can do it!!. always remember this word QUIT..QUIT..QUIT..QUIT where-ever you are and don't buy a cigarette anymore!

    you're doing great works. acv is supposed to be good for you just as my ginger and turmeric lung cleanse has medicinal ingredients (which may have cut my cravings,) certainly worth a go. Maybe others will find it helpful.

    @ Happiness thank you..sometimes i am also using a lemon with ginger and turmeric tea.i believe that this 3 kind of recipes are good and they have changes in our body..

    Hi Mr Vinn, I alternate between apple cider, ginger beer, lemon barley cordial and plain water. I am also allowing myself no more than 3 cans of beer at night so as to not feeling deprived. I'm eating often as I'm in my early days and when I have had enough food I grab a GINGER CRYSTAL and suck on it for 2 hours.
    And, yes I even nibble on celery and carrot sticks :)
