I am happy to say I am a non-smoker. Saying this aloud to my loved ones helped me accept this. My eight month mark seemed to be the most difficult for me. I have pulled through that difficult time and now I feel a lot better. I have persevered. I don't smoke. I am content. Unfortunately all of my money is going on doctors. I am being treated privately for my mental health. I am stable and fairly free of symptoms. I am managing extremely well. I would like to thank you all for taking an interest in my stories. I have found this site helpful. Particularly at times when I can't phone anyone or times I need to think.

I agree with Pisces Penelopejane keep looking after your health and yourself. Imagine if you were still smoking, how would you afford the doctors to get the assistance you need.... Well done to you, for staying strong and proving you can beat this horrible addiction. I am super proud of you, and I am glad to hear you are doing so well😊👍
