Ride out each craving with deep breathing, taking a short walk around the park, meditate, chew gum, distract yourself play a game or watch a movie, remember my WHY!, drink water, stay strong💪🏽

    Well hi there Jo28. Congrats on successfully making it to a great milestone and for sharing great advice. Keeping in touch with this forum to stay quit is also my belief.
    I see that you joined some time ago. Perhaps you could share with us a story or phrase or thought that helped you the most. Thanks for joining us today. It would be nice to get other members responses to this question as well.
