Cravings?

Although i dont really get cravings, i still suffer from stress and one of the best ways i have to dealing with stress are the ones you read about on this website. I like to:

- Have a glass of water

- Go for a walk

- Take a deep breath

- Call a friend

- Green tea (My hero)

These are just a few that i do on a regular basis to keep me sane and under control :)

If anyone has any other ways they deal with stress that is simple an effective, like the ones i mentioned above, please let me know. 

Im really enjoying this smoke-free life and im glad to see so many of you are as well :D
