Hi Tarny. I see that this is your first day of joining our wonderful community. There are great stories to read and gain insight into what to expect if you haven't been doing so previously. Knowledge is power! Knowing you and nicotine helps to deal with cravings and anxiety. We can help with concerns that you have with more information, or maybe you just joined to be accountable or simply to gain strength in the knowledge that others have achieved their goal. Quitting smoking is very doable, and made easier with the right mindset. Embrace the journey for the wonderful things that it will bring rather than mourn the loss of a very unworthy "friend". You are here with the need to quit, make that your will not crave what you do not want......Let go of past behaviour and substitute it with a good habit. Think positive and make it happen!
