Today i have a personal celebration of No Smoking for

4 years...

I have saved and stashed away $28,000 and 80.00 dollars, today i presented to my non smoking

hubby my savings for the 4 years, he was just so speechless and so proud of me but handed me back the cash....

Just very suprising on what we spend on our habit but we will find it to feed our habit...

I am pleased i have come so far on my journey.

On the 25th of Sept 2015 i did not know that from the 26th Sept '15 till today that i would be a Smoker who chooses to smoke no more, i would of thought "yeah right " but.....

Here i am still sharing my journey of achievement on a great Forum.

Another year ticked off and I can proudly say...

"I did it".

Today is a good day, but tomorrow will be better...

Congrats. A great achievement. However, if you say you are "a Smoker who chooses to smoke no more" it sounds like you are still a smoker in your heart. Stay vigilant. That's how I got hooked again in the past. I chose to make one puff because I was a smoker who chose not to smoke. Nonetheless, a terrific accomplishment. Cheers.

Hi Jenno. So good to hear from a blast from the past. It's not easy but beats burning serious $'s in an ash tray. Enjoy the $'s and the other benefits. They just get better every day. We will always be smokers but now we have seen the light and not the lighter and enjoy the freedom associated with being a non smoker.

My Father quit smoking when I was born. He used to say "I am a smoker, I just choose not to have one now." For him that worked. He stayed smoke free forty-six years using that method.
