Smoke free life beautiful

Posted in Quit experiences 12 Sep 2019

This is my 6th day as non smoker

Today I have not taken my champix dose also because I am unwell and have lot of mouth ulcers.

But I’ll start my dosage from day after

Folks I wanted to basically quit smoking because of loss of stamina even to climb one floor through stair case, I could not run for 30 Mts and that gave me an alarm and my friend suggested me champix which I started on 20th August 2019, setting a quit date as 31st but could quit only by 5th of September

But I am still so so happy and I hope I stay in non smokers community for rest of my life .....
