This is a support forum not an obligatory reason to fill in any form for anybody KMD. Indeed it is wonderful for you to belong to our forum and helping to give others inspiration to either continue or to start their non smoking journey. It gives you so many reasons to continue, better health, better respect for yourself, more money in the bank to spend or save for a life worth living, Congratulations on 78 days.

Congratulations! That's great news KMD and I am always interested to know how members are fairing and I get excited for them in their success and enthusiasm to let others know just how worth while this journey is. Anyone can quit smoking when they have reason and belief in themselves. I hope our forum is an incentive to at least give quitting another try , with enough knowledge and support to see it through this time.

    Hi KMD
78 days is a great number. As quitters, numbers become our best friends. Whenever you are particularly thrilled with a new number, tell us all. Your milestones will inspire others. Your ability to ignore the agony will be appreciated by all. Feel free to blow your own trumpet loudly whenever you like. That is what got me to 1551 days smoke free. Trust me, your successes inspire others and reminds those who have been around for a while, just how fantastic these numbers are.

Hi KMD. You are doing really well. Good on you. I love counting the smoke free days. Every milestone fills me with pride . Quitting is a great achievement and we should be proud of ourselves. Buy yourself something that you could not afford to when you used to smoke. Well done mate 👍😙
