Hi everyone. I had a great time line dancing and listening to country music in Fiji. Best of all I stayed smoke free although I did have gum. It was really good not having to take time out to smoke and the plane trip was a breeze. Another 2kgs to lose but now the holidays are over I'm adding a zumba session to my two line dancing classes each week. Off to see a naturopath tomorrow so maybe she can help too. Next goal is to cut down then cut out the nrt as I'm over 100days now so feel it is time. Thankyou for all your support. Stay strong and happy everyone!
