I am the type of person that loves music. I listen to it whenever I get the chance. To/from/at work, cleaning, gardening, going on a walk by myself. Every song on my ipod has spoke to me in some way. So awhile back I decided to create a playlist of songs that motivate me to quit (it's a work in progress). I can tell you why each song made the playlist. Sometimes it was only one line in the song that really spoke to me, others it was a full verse or the chorus.
