Well you have come to the right place for help on this journey. Read and learn about the nicotine addiction and how it has not done a thing for you in all this years except to steal your health, wealth and free will.... but things are about to change and you will have all three again. Sound good?

With positive thinking and a real desire to be a non-smoker you can be. Knowledge is power! I and others have just given solid advice to some other new members. Act on our recommendations, and you to will find yourself in the winners circle.

Welcome Birchie. Congrats on your decision to quit. Yes your grandkids are far more important than smoking, and Australia is fantastic. You have made the first step and after the first couple of days it becomes so much easier. Be determined and you will do it.
