I did it. It would seem as if I must have quit a million times in my mind, however I never made it this far before. I am so proud and happy accomplishing this 4 month milestone, when I started this smoke free journey, I really didn’t know for sure if this was the beginning of the end of another failed attempt. However now for the first time I believe I have won this fight for my freedom and my health. For those Newbies just starting on their journey, always remember “The Battle Is Won In The Mind.”

The Battle is Won in the Mind..... well said, and so true Battle won. I knew i had won on Day 5 after the nicotine left my system (the addiction). The rest is in your mind, changing the attitude from missing and craving it to embracing the journey to a life where it has no part. Wanting a better life for yourself and family. Hoping our health can be restored. Concentrating on the benefits of quitting and the joy it will bring. You are free when you believe.
I believe that you are free Battle Won. .... the name says it all!
