Great I am still 60 days without Nicotine and Tar. I am beginning to understand more about myself in the process, mainly the reactive feelings in dealing with confrontation with others. I have kept things low key to begin with but I have had two incidents which I tried to handle (not successfully) with others. I tend to be friendly most of the time, but when I get angry or upset, I seem to hang on to this feeling for too long and still need to attend a meeting this afternoon, where I will have to be non emotional so to speak, but feel emotional inside still. (Body Corp meeting). I have written out 3 points and just hope I can keep my cool enough to not go down to the shops and buy those nasty things after the meeting. Any tips on this would be appreciated.
