Quit failure

I set my quit date for 1st June, but I slipped, I slipped in a major way, I bought a packet and so off on the treadmill again. I have set a new quit date for the 11th June. I will keep trying.The thing I learnt was that willpower is like a muscle you have to exercise it to strengthen it.

    Hi Jatchat. Don't beat yourself up, it only adds pressure you don't need. So you had a slip, what's important is that you've set another quit day and it's true about willpower, the more you use it more stronger it becomes!!
