I just finished "Easyway to stop smoking" book by Allen Carr, a british author. Before reading the book, I tried so many times to quit smoking but i could not quit. The craving that made me mad. I used to be like "just one puff!! ", that one puff led to 10 to 20 per day. While i was searching for tips online, i came across this book. And i read it in just 2 days. The author has explained best way to quit smoking that you need not rely on your so called will power for quitting. Just understand the book and follow the instruction. I can surely say that anyone can escape from trap.
