I am nearly 5 weeks without a cigarette & I feel so much better. I have now got a little rescue dog & spend my $$ on her instead of cigs. Went to the shop last week to buy cigs & he said he no longer stocked my brand cause I hadn’t been in. Went to 2nd shop & same story. Decided to come home to Missy instead. Someone up there was looking after me. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ‘»πŸ‘»πŸ‘»πŸ‘»πŸ‘»πŸ‘»

Great job D J S. Your guardian angel is looking out for you. Be thankful but don’t push your luck. One puff and most likely you’ll be back to square one I know from personal experience. Good luck.

Missy and I are proud of you, but hope you won't even consider it again. Five whole weeks you have gone without, keep up the great record. Things will get easier and before you know it, it is a way of life. You won't even think about them. Go and read my post..."The smokers Vow". Think of it if you get tempted again!

I am at the same stage timewise D J S. So glad you have someone like Missy, I take my little one (Lulu) to the park for a walk and exercise most days now with her. I made a vow myself this time not to have one cigarette and this seems to be working for me, with the help of others on this forum, I don't even want to think about buying any, or asking someone for just one. Its hard I know but I should have put this in my mind more clearly than I had done before.
