An article on how to reduce stress which many here feel throughout their journey. I particularly liked the last paragraph of tip 10.

The journey does get easier, but some of these tips may helping in working your way through anxious moments

    They're all very important 10 points.
    I particularly liked point 9, where we have to take responsibility for our woes head on. As dedicated Ex-smokers we should be able to Quell our cravings if we truly desire not to smoke. Although, there;s no harm trying:)
