Well healthychook that might be a slight over reaction...lol. But you can and will quit if it is what you really want.
It is only a nightmare journey if your mindset isn’t right. Make the smokes something you hate and never want again.
If you can do that...you will not have constant cravings because you won’t crave what you truly do not want. Keep your mind busy and focused on other things, make a list of things you can do when you are feeling a bit lost. It is a quick way to distract yourself? Come on healthychook, if I can do it anyone can. Go for it, being free is bloody wonderful.

Yes healthychook you can do it so you stick to your guns. Perhaps a cold shower may be a better alternative than a nudie run, you wouldn't want to get arrested for indecent exposure LOL 😊

Very doable Healthychook I smoked for over 40 yrs! Today is my 3rd month smoke free! it's definitely a mindset! you will succeed! stay focused and you will have no need to run down the street...naked! ;)

You should have no problem if you want it that badly..lol . Robn already advised you the best about the mindset. It is easy to quit , so much easier than we were expecting, cravings are not physical, but mental, and take heed of the sound advice. Follow my posts to learn more . You've got this!
