100 days quit!

Posted in Staying quit 12 Nov 2018

My forced break from smoking for 7 days has ballooned to 100. Around the week 4 mark was my one and only real moment when I was close to slipping. To avoid any more such moments, I have also limited my alcohol consumption. I have put on almost 10 to 15 lbs but I know I can get them off once I start exercising

That is an amazing story Anniruddha but not surprising. I have read that there are no nicotine withdrawals at all, and that they are all psychological ones. Who would believe that though... You kept busy and had no time to think about it. Or maybe you did later at night when your child was asleep. But you made the most of it and are smoke free today and without any aids or support. That is truly amazing. (Though you did say you have tried to quit prior so had some of the tools to fall back on ... 4D's)

I hope to hear many more Wonderful stories like yours!
