Slip up

Hi everyone, I started well I had a packet of 23 smokes which lasted me a week. It’s the mornings that really get to me. I’ve really got 2 get some willpower. Just want to be smoke free. Any tips please?

    Nicorrette Spray helps me. When I really need a smoke a quick spray tends to get me over the worst. It is not a magic bullet as you still have to fight cravings, but helps get you through till the next fight with addiction. Going for a walk or short bike ride also helps avoiding cigarettes and can't hurt overall fitness as well.

    Yeh I ride 2 work n I also take my dog 4 walk
    Also do exercises. That helps a lot. Just the
    Mornings that r hard.
