I`m on day 4 of being a non smoker and it`s getting harder and harder.

Got to stay focused! I CAN DO THIS!

    Hang in there you can and are doing this it's mind over matter just keep busy and push those cravings out of your head. Try slow deep breathing too to help with those cravings. Stay strong mate😊

    You can do it! I am in my 4th week and symptoms are going away and it feels awesome

    You can do it, was never going to be an easy habit to break, but get your mind power into action, dont give up.
    Early days yet, but your doing great, stay focused on the journey you want.
