2nd attempt

Stopped for 5 weeks earlier this year but after my kid sister died I started again. Now on 50th day of 2nd attempt and still waiting to be free of the yearning pangs that hit me some times

    MrSimon; So sad, Really sorry to hear about your sister :(
    But, ask yourself, Did the smoking change anything ?
    For me, I was so happy to be free of them, I can't imagine anything that would ever make me want another one.. Make up your mind to really QUIT this time.. At 50 days, you could be free of any yearning / craving. It is all in your mind now. Let it go, and rejoice in being a non smoker :)

    53 days for me and the one thing that keeps me motivated is to think that 53 days is too much of an investment to just throw away in a moment of indecision. So I tell myself, think of how you will feel in the morning if I smoke now.
