Never stop trying to stop!

After several failed attempts (including Chinese medicine), I have now been smoke free for more than 2 months. I have had next to no cravings at all and have not really struggled to be near people smoking. I attribute this success in no small part to using the Smoke Free app. It gave me daily missions to complete and a money saving target. The health and life extension achivements were also impressive. I don't know if I will stay smoke free this time but never stop stopping is the key. Try, try and try again!!

Thanks, I think never give up trying is so important. I have had a few relapses but just get back on track and my cravings are very few. I am going into my 4th week now. I just trying to not relapse under any circumstances this week!! My partner smokes so relapsed when having a few drinks ! Keep trying I will.
