Stay Strong against the Aggravators!
What great ......... timing! My ex has just decided to spring a surprise visit on me to see the kids! He is a very heavy drinker and smoker and aggravator. I got one whole day up my sleeve & desperately want to keep going. I will just have to tell him to keep it far away from me, passed experience tells me that won't work. I will just have to stay strong :(
Hang in there. I just recently ended my 14yr relationship cos he's an alcoholic & heavy smoker so right now that's 1 BIG negative I have out of my life & even though I'm still smoking but I am pleased 2 say that ive only smoked 5 all day & I've been up since 6.15am this morn for work by now I would have smoked 11 or 12 by this time. Small achievement I know but I'm seriously trying. Keep the negatives out of ur life or you'll be right back 2 where u started. Good luck.
Thanks, so far so good. Another day done. Your achievement is not small, your here and trying which is a huge thing. I very nearly caved in yesterday but just zipped home passed the shop & just kept busy till bed time. Stick with us, you will get there.
