First of all I want to thank everybody on this site, all of your stories and experiences have been a great support in embracing my new me. I'm 61 days smoke free, and I feel great, very proud of myself since I never thought I could be even for 1 day without my "best friends" jaja. For all of you just starting, never doubt, it gets easier every day.
I just read about the Law of Addiction, which we ex smokers should always have in mind to stay smoke free;
The Law of Addiction states, "Administration of a drug to an addict will cause re-establishment of chemical dependence upon the addictive substance."
