It is almost 22 days, I have quit the habit of smoking.
I know how difficult it was as I was almost taking 20 cigarettes per day.
I am 36 years old so as such I do not have any health issue.
But 22 days back I was suffering from cough.
I realized it is the best time to take the decision.
I found the reason (cough) of quitting the habit.
Still sometimes I badly need it but then I start thinking how difficult it was to pass days without smoking.
So if I break by smoking a puff, then all those days efforts will be lost.
