2 years and 18 days smoke free. Feeling a lot better these days. I hardly think of it anymore. At first I really struggled but i'm going good now.

Good luck everyone, its really worth it in the end.

    Hi Tee Em. I have as many days as you being smoke free. Agree with everything you have posted. Even when I think about the act of lighting up, I think WHY? Cold turkey all this time. Not going back. Am very aware how fine the line is between abstaining nag and taking a backwards step. Not one cigarette ever...
