Staying strong

It's been 6 month today that I never touch cigarette. But a friend who tries to put a cigarette in my mouth. But I said NO. But I managed to stay strong.

    Thanks Steve. Feel more happy and healthier than I was a smoker. Now I'm looking forward to my first overseas this week for my first overseas holidays that's why I'm not about cigarette

    Six months great effort well done you should be proud its Ne easy parh we walk.
    Your friend is just jealous your stronger than them and no one won'ts to be an outcast on there own,

    Tell your so called friend your sorry they can't be supportive of you but if and when they decide to quit you will be there for them.

    Have fun on your trip how exciting.

    Thank you caz kib, For lovely massage. I'm still strong I don't thinks about cigarettes it's dozen worry me. Well done on you're quitting too.
