Hi everyone, 117 days or say 4 months today. As i said previously my cravings have diminished greatly. However, yesterday went out to club with wife and unknowingly kept gazing out at smokers section . All of a sudden i had a brain lapse...boy the urges and cravings that hit me were so intense that i said to the wife we better leave. She said no, you have come this far now you cannot run away from it. I reached for my nrt lozenge and went for a walk in other areas to get my mind of things. This went on for a good hour before i came back to earth. That i think was the nico demon having one last good shot at me.....cravings were worse than my first week...Do not know how to explain it. When i remembered the health reasons i gave up for then things started to fall into place. So just to say we must fight it and do not back down cause if you do the time you have been quit you will surely regret. Hope this was helpful. Cheers.

Good onya Johnnie! Nice maneuver and clearly you were mentally prepared because you survived. It won't be the last sudden urge but the gaps are getting longer. It was at around the same time as you when I was at day 121 last quit that I foolishly let it beat me. You passed another critical test. Well done
