Day 28. Sitting outside a club at 00:30 waiting to start work. A couple of friendly drunks sit next to me for a chat, they light up their cigarettes. I didn't want to be rude to them but after a few minutes I had to leave, no because I was tempted to ask for one but because it smelt so horrible. For all those who feel as though the cravings are too much, just remember a bit of relief is around the corner. Although each day still requires strength and willpower life is starting to return to normal, except now there are some added benefits.

Not far into my quitting plan but it feels good to make a start.
This is not my first time giving up and I understand the tough road that lies ahead.
