Day 68 & not doing so well. I have constantly had a craving to smoke today. Came so close to buying a packet. Thank god i took ur advise & threw my last 3 cigs out. Wine is my crutch tonight, Hope this is not going to be my new addiction. Why! after all this time do I feel so weak??
56 days = 8 weeks, I feel fantastic. Yay to this site & it's fantastic members. So glad to find out that the day 50's aren't so bad afterall. Stay strong everyone.
Awww almost there..the friggin 50's. After reading what lots of you have gone through, I'm abit worried (ok, really worried). I have forewarned my family, stocked up on mints & am still carrying my trusty last 3 cigs. On my last night of being a smoker, my plan was to smoke a whole packet in one night to make myself feel sick, but I just couldn't get through the last 3. So, I now have them si...
My sister asked me today, "when will she have her sister back" I told her that I"m here & always have been. She told me that she wants her smoking sister back :( Like me, she is also a smoker. NO!! hang on, UNLIKE me,,,she smokes. I have been smoke free for 6 weeks tomorrow. It hasn't been a walk in the park. Yes, I have been a biatch, but after lots of family drama, I'm still smoke fre...

OK, It's day 19... Still not smoking. So proud of myself. Still sit out the back and have my morning coffee (without the ciggie). Went to the pub last night with family & friends, had to sit out the back (as a few were smokers) God, it was hard. I feel great though. Good luck everyone.
It's Day 10 for me today. So excited but I'm really struggling today. I thought I was over the awful cravings :( This is so hard.
I've been a packet a day smoker for 25yrs. After many failed attempts to quit i'm happy to say it's day 4 of being smoke free for me today, hope today is easier than yesterday. Love reading everyones stories, they're really helping.
