    !2 Months Smoke Free

    Tomorrow it will be 12 months since i stopped smoking. I can barely believe it myself. I don't think about it unless i see someone else smoking. Then sometimes i wish i could have one. I don't miss the smell or the cravings or the breathless ness it gave me. I do miss the habit the hand mouth action. I think i will miss smoking for the rest of my life.     331 DAYS SMOKE FREE

    Hi everyone. It's now been 331day's since i have had a smoke. I still miss it and always will. However i can breathe so much easier and i can go places and not have to worry if there will be somewhere to smoke.  I can smell a smoker miles away.. If you are struggling take it day by day.     I am almost at 6 months just 6 day's away. I am so proud of myself for staying quit. I still think about having a smoke every now and again but then have to remind myself i don't smoke. I can never never have another smoke in my whole life. Yes i miss them but my quality of life would be terrible. I have put on weight but i am addressing that at the moment .     I am now 99 day's smoke free. I can't believe i have achieved this. There has been many many times i have almost walked out and bought some smokes but i didn't cave in. The thought of going through the first week again keeps me strong. I still really want one when i get stressed and i havn't quiet learnt how to handle those times , but i'm getting there.     I am now at day 65. I like many others don't suffer cravings any more but every time i get stressed i want a smoke. I am proud of myself,, but annoyed i have put on kilo's (don't know how many not game to use scales-i just know how i feel.) Still havn't found  a way to deal with stress.     iT'S BEEN 46 DAY'S YEAH. However i am struggling again. I thought earlier stuff it. It's not worth the hassle i'm going to have one tomorrow. Thankgod tom isn't here yet i hope i wake up feeling fantastic and the thoughts are gone. Everyone knows now i have given up so everyone would know if i had a relapse.
