Day 17! yesterday was the worst! Both my husband and I are not smoking and Day 16 we each made the other cry! I am so sensitive right now. The first week was easy compared to this emotional roller coaster I am on! Anyway, I am not going to smoke. In truth, I am already noticing improved breathing, my voice is better....I am a singer...more energy and more active. I am feeling more confident....if...
