it’s a rainyish day with clouds, feeling stressed, low and craving so badly. the “perfect” time for a puff. i’m not going to but jeez that’s the only thing i can think of, just that blow of smoke and watch it drift off and ahhh, relief. this is hard, so so hard. i am turning thoughts into “no-go ideas” which is helpful but idk if i can do this
Okay, it’s almost been 24hrs since my last cigarette. i’m quite hopeful, excited and determined and i hope this doesn’t go away. i’ve realised i have no choice so make the best out of what i’ve got, to quit! permanently! i’ll try not to stress over it but keep strong, let’s do this
second attempt of quitting. has to be cold turkey because i’ve been put in hospital, this is going to be very hard. especially because of medication interchanges ect. good luck to me i guess
